Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this Site after such changes to these Terms, visitors, users or Registered Users ("you" or "user") agree and consent to the changes.

Through the Site, Lintas provides an online platform where you can browse different types of airlines, accommodation, and tour packages, as well as make a reservation and/or purchase (“Services”). Users can make bookings of services provided by hotels, airlines, and/or any other service provider in cooperation with Lintas (“Vendors”) on the Site. By placing an order through the Site, you will be able to book and/or purchase the airline tickets, hotel rooms, tour packages, or other services. Upon successful purchase (or reservation?) we will provide a booking confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse the booking for reasons set forth below.


2.1 By making a booking, order or reservation through the Site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of applicable Vendors, including policies regarding cancellation and/or absence, or your specific requests which may be given to the Vendors. Lintas is not responsible for any violation of these terms and conditions which are agreed on between the Vendor and the user, or which are based on the user’s specific requests, so please read the Vendors’ terms and conditions carefully.

2.2 Regarding refunds, Lintas may be able to withhold or take part of the amount paid to reimburse the costs that have been incurred in connection with the cancellation.
2.3 Cancellation of Tour Packages

a) For FIT Tour Packages

i. For Outbound Tour

Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days before the date of departure. If this is satisfied, a minimum administrative fee of RM50.00 or 10% of the tour deposit (whichever is lower) per person will be levied.

ii. All deposits payment made during travel fair, trade fair and any travel related exhibition is non refundable.

iii. For Inbound Tour

All deposits are non refundable for any cancellation received (Subject to hotel and travel suppliers terms and conditions.)

In the event that the notice of the cancellation is received less than twenty nine (29) days before the date of departure, the following charges will apply (subject to hotel and travel supplier’s terms and condition):

bb. The respective airline's cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges as set out in clause 2.3 (a)(v)(aa)

2.4 Cancellation by Lintas

a) FIT Tour and Group Tour Packages

i. Pursuant to Clause 14, Lintas reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any act of god, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia which is beyond its control.

ii. Lintas shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours. Should any passenger decide not to accept the alternative tours, all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable will be refunded to the passenger.

iii. In the event of a cancellation by Lintas due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure seats or accommodation, Lintas will refund the amount of money paid and also pay compensation as follows:

3.1 For registration purposes, we will collect and process your personal information, such as your name, electronic mail (e-mail) address, and your mobile phone number when you register. You must provide us with the accurate, complete, and latest information and agree to provide us with any proof of identity that we may reasonably request.

3.2 Only you can use your own account and you represent and warrant that you will not authorize any other party to use your identity or your account for any reason, unless permitted by Lintas.

3.3 You cannot assign or transfer your account to any other party.

3.4 You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password and any identification we provide to you. In the event of any disclosure of your password, in any way whatsoever resulting in any unauthorized use of your account or identity, order(s) received from such unauthorized use shall still be considered as valid orders and we will process such order(s). You hereby agree and declare that Lintas is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of your account.

3.5 Lintas has the full right to temporarily block, delete, or inactivate the User’s account at our sole discretion and for any cause without giving reasons for blocking, deletion, or inactivation of the User’s account. The reasons for blocking, deletion, or inactivation of the User’s account may include but are not limited to:

a. breach of these Terms,

b. fraud or theft (or indication or suspicion of fraud or theft),

c. suspicion of criminal activity,

d. suspicious ordering,

e. user providing inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information,

f. inappropriate behavior, threats, or insults, or

g. refusal to provide information.


4.1 Payments are made in the amount and currency as stated by Lintas.

4.2 Lintas does not collect taxes or levies. If a hotel charges taxes, those taxes are the responsibility of the user.

4.3 For all forms of reservations, you must make payment within the specified time limit. If the payment is not made, then Lintas reserves the right to cancel all reservations.

4.4 Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card. For payment by bank transfer, you must provide the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment of reservations listed in the Lintas’s confirmation email. You must follow the procedures contained in the confirmation email.

4.5 For other payment methods such as credit card, you must follow the procedures stated by Lintas and/or the relevant payment service provider.

4.6 Upon successful payment of the full amount, Lintas will place the order and issue a reservation code to you.

4.7 Tour Deposit

a) Inbound

i. A maximum amount of the sum equivalent to 50% of the tour fare per person must be paid as the reservation fee/deposit.

ii. The balance or full payment must be made within thirty (30) days before the date of departure.

iii. Deposit may vary on any travel fair promotion.

b) Outbound

i. A maximum deposit of the sum equivalent to 25% of the tour fare per person must be paid as the reservation fee.

ii. The balance or full payment must be made within fourteen (14) days before the date of departure for FIT tour packages and within twenty one (21) days for GIT or Group Trip Departure, however, subject to the supplier’s terms and condition.

iii. A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

iv. Deposit amount may vary especially during travel fair like Matta Fair or any related travel fair and exhibition.

v. All tours are Ground Arrangement only which is private tour otherwise stated Group Tour/Group Trip Departure or Seat In Coach (SIC)

4.8 Refund of Unused Services (for Tour Packages)
No refund or reduction will be made to any tour member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare however not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

4.9 Amendment Charges (For Tour Packages)

Both Inbound and Outbound apply below conditions:

a) For FIT Tour Packages

i. Upon confirmation of the tour, any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to an amendment charge of RM50.00 per person per change.

ii. No change can be made within eight (8) working days before the date of departure.

iii. Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to cancellation charges as defined in the cancellation policy in Clause 2.3 (a) above.

b) For Group Tour Packages

i. Upon confirmation of the tour, no changes can be made to the reservation within fourteen (14) days before the date of departure.

ii. However, any request from any member for any change to come back earlier or later than the group will be subject to the conditions of the respective airlines.

iii. Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation as stipulated In Clause 2.3 (b) above.

4.10 Reissuance/Revalidation Charges (For Airlines’ tickets)

a) Domestic airlines’ tickets
Upon confirmation of the purchase, any subsequent reissuance or revalidation of the airline’s ticket is subject to an amendment charge of RM50.00 per airline ticket per change.

b) International airlines tickets
Upon confirmation of the purchase, any subsequent reissuance or revalidation of the airline’s ticket is subject to an amendment charge of RM70.00 per airline ticket per change.


5.1 For payment of bookings placed through this Site, your credit card will be billed by Lintas for the full price at the time of booking and confirmation of the booking. Lintas will process any refund, as applicable, within a reasonable period. For certain reservations, you may have to pay the Vendor directly. We undertake to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us to ensure the integrity of your information.

5.2 In the case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by a third party, you must contact your bank or card issuer immediately after realizing such unauthorized use. In such a case, Lintas takes no responsibility over any case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by a third party. Lintas is not obliged to make refunds or repayments to you as a result of such fraud. As part of our goodwill, we may provide a form of compensation to you subject to review and approval by us. You shall only be eligible to request compensation only if such reservations have been made through our secure servers and the fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card is a result of our default or negligence and through no fault of your own while using the secure server. We accept no liability of the fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card if it was done through applications or servers other than our own or if it is as a result of a fault or negligence of your own.

5.3 To make a reservation you must be aged over eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to make the transaction (or have authorization from your legal guardian).

5.4 You shall ensure that the details you provide to us are completely accurate.

5.5 Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email with an e-ticket or voucher. If fraud occurs or is determined to occur, then the booking will be void. Lintas shall not bear any responsibility for such cancellations by the Vendor.


6.1 Prices shown are current at the time of publication.

6.2 The prices are subject to change due to increase in airfares, other transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore Lintas reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly before the confirmation of the tour.

6.3 Lintas covenants for the following to be included in tour fare:

a) Return air ticket, not including all airport taxes and whatever applicable taxes.

i. Twin sharing basic (2 persons to a room);

ii. Single supplement (person staying alone-the person concerned must pay the single supplement); and

iii. Triple sharing (3 persons travelling together).

iv. For a group of three persons, accommodation is based on triple sharing basis where applicable.

c) The child tour fare as advertised is based on a child who is 2 years but not more than 12 years of age, sharing a twin room with two adults.

d) All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.

e) All Sightseeing tours and transfer are based on sit-in-coach basis.

6.4 Items not included in the tour fare are:-

a) laundry;

b) food and beverage not regular menu;

c) optional excursions;

d) porterage at airport and hotels; and

e) all items of a personal nature.


7.1 Content available on the Site is wholly owned by Lintas or its suppliers and service providers. You can use the site to place orders and you hereby guarantee that you will not submit false reservation requests. You hereby declare to ensure that the payment information you provide is accurate. You also guarantee providing an accurate email and mailing address as well as other details of your contact information.

7.2 Except with the written consent of Lintas, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative creations from, transfer, sell or re-sell any information, software, products or services obtained in connection with the Site.


You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lintas and its employees, affiliates, staff and partners, from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damage or loss including legal fees, which arise as a result of claims of third parties in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) Content that is given, provided or accessed through this Site; (c) your violation of the Terms; (d) violation of any other rights or obligations; and/or (e) any act or omission by you, whether negligent, unlawful or otherwise.


9.1 Lintas has sole and full discretion to change, postpone, discontinue or stop this Site and/or part of the Site, including services or products that are made available in this Site, and/ or usage of this Site, or part thereof, at any time for any reason without prior notice.

9.2 In the event of termination, you remain bound by the obligations in these Terms, including but not limited to the warranties, indemnification, waiver and limitation of liabilities that you have agreed to.

9.3 Lintas shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Site.


Lintas will endeavour to comply with the requirements of relevant data protection legislation when performing its obligations under these Terms.


These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance solely with the Laws of Malaysia.


In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both Parties shall first discuss in good faith to reach an amicable resolution within sixty (60) days from the date of the notice of dispute. However, if such dispute may not be settled by mutual consultation within sixty (60) days, it shall be referred to mediation at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.


13.1 These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Lintas on the subject matter thereof, and shall supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between you and Lintas concerning the subject matter thereof.

13.2 In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. The severed provision shall be replaced by a provision approximating as much as possible the original wording and intent.

13.3 Failure by either Party to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of each Party’s rights to enforce the breach of such provision or any other provision in these Terms or as a waiver of any continuing, succeeding or subsequent breach of any provision or other provisions of these Terms.

13.4 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms, without our prior written consent.


Lintas shall not be liable for any non-performance or violation of these Terms, such as for transaction failure, restricted access to the Site, or any damage or harm to users caused by any act or condition beyond the reasonable control of either You or Us (“Force Majeure Event”). Force Majeure Events include but are not limited to natural disaster (floods, earthquakes), epidemic, riot, a declaration of war, war, military action, terrorist action, embargo, sanctions, changes in laws or regulations, lightning, hurricanes / typhoons / cyclones, labor strikes, demonstrations, airline or hotel bankruptcy or insolvency, and so forth.
